Good versus evil is a common theme throughout most peoples lives. In all of the Marvel and DC comics and movies, such as the Spiderman series or the Captain America series, there is always a villain that is right behind a hero, watching him or her carefully, ready to make a move.

“My favorite super villain is Lex Luthor because it takes a true super villain to take down a true superhero,” said Antioch Community High School senior Ben Atkins.

Many other students agreed that their favorite super villain is Lex Luthor, the archenemy of Superman.

“My favorite super villain is Lex Luther because he doesn’t necessarily have super powers but he is very intelligent and has a lot of money,” said ACHS junior Nathan Novack.

“My favorite super villain is The Joker because he is funny looking and he puts up a good fight with Batman,” said ACHS junior Adam Navarro.

Even if you prefer heroes over villains, everyone has their own favorite supervillain. What’s yours?
