Tom Tom Tries: Volleyball
Five Tom Tom staffers teamed up with the varsity girls volleyball team on Oct. 22 for a practice to see just what it takes to play the sport.

Jacob Slabosz, Lifestyles Online Director
Jacob Slabosz is a senior and has been on staff for two years. He has played baseball at Antioch for four years and is a three-time state qualifier with the math team. In his free time, of which he has very little due to frequent overworking, Slabosz enjoys cooking, scrolling through TikTok, boating and throwing sass like there is no tomorrow.
Leighton Costello, Promotion Manager
Leighton Costello is a senior, this is his second year on staff. He likes to play baseball, go golfing, go fishing, and snowboarding.
Tyler Cook, Tom Tom Staff
Tyler Cook is a senior at Antioch Community High School and has been on staff for three years. Cook shreds and plays hockey in the winter, and in the summer can often be found at the ponds reeling in absolute lunkers. Tyler has a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell, and has an addiction to music because he strictly listens to straight vibes.
Will Torres, Tom Tom Staff
Will Torres is a senior and this is his third year on staff. He is a golf wizard that hits pure demons. Torres is a big Barstool Sports guy and heavily supports @stoolpresidente.
Logan Van Alstine, Sports Photography Director
Logan Van Alstine is a senior at ACHS and it is his first year as a member of the Tom Tom staff. Logan enjoys playing video games with his friends and working out for an amount of time which a lot of people would think is ridiculous. Logan both loves and hates playing "Destiny 2" with an equal amount of passion.
Olivia Gerhardt, Photography Director
Olivia Gerhardt is a senior and has been on staff for three years. She is a part of the Antioch girls soccer team. Olivia spends too much of her time obsessing over the small details, especially when it comes to photography. Additionally, she participates in dance and has interests in drawing, painting and reading.
