To the Window or To the Wall?
Breaking down Lil Jon’s famous hit “Get Low”
November 3, 2014
“Get low, to the window to the wall,” which one would Lil Jon really prefer we go to? It is all very unclear. It’s a common song lyric but always remained as a mystery.
Many people might think Lil Jon is telling us to pick the window or the wall, but there is true meaning behind it all.
What he means by his lyrics is that he is encouraging everyone to dance everywhere, all over the room, including the window and the wall.
Also, the sequel, ‘Georgia Dome’, to ‘Get Low’, gives instructions to dance from “the ceiling to the floor.”
Overall, Lil Jon is covering every section of the room and just telling listeners to dance everywhere and have fun doing it.

I don’t think he means dancing. Of course, there is dancing. And I encourage everyone to dance. But it is obvious to me it is sexual. Like to do “it” everywhere. ♀️ s’ok. It’s a hiphop groove
