With the weather getting warmer and school concluding with finals, summer is finally upon us! There are many flavorful drinks and tasty snacks that are available to have while soaking up in the sunshine.
Lemonade is a refreshing drink that helps you stay cool and relaxed. There are many health benefits in lemonade, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
Tea is another drink that is refreshing throughout the summer. Some benefits to drinking tea are that it contains antioxidants and has less caffeine than coffee.
Fruit is a great summer snack to have poolside. Watermelon, cantaloupe or pineapple are juicy snacks that are not only tasty, but healthy also.
Trail mix is a great snack to eat on a road trip or anywhere else. This snack is filled with different ingredients including all sorts of nuts, chocolates and raisins.
So as you venture out to the pool or to the other side of the country, remember to always keep hydrated and be healthy so you get that summer glow!
