Antioch Sequits bowling faces the Round Lake bowling team and brought home another conference win.

The lady Sequoit’s bowling team had their match against the Round Lake Panthers last night on Wednesday, December 13. Having home lane advantage, at Antioch Lanes, with an undefeated conference record of 3-0, the ladies continued their streak and advanced their record to 4-0. Starting off strong right out of the gate, in the first game, the lady Sequoits held their ground and continued to play strong through the next two games.
With their highest series score of 2,450 last night, the ladies bowled well throughout the night. The team cheered and supported each other showing the dedication and work they have put in. Senior captains Samantha Knab and Jillian Everett, showed strong leadership and continuously pushed the girls to do their best.
“Everyone always cheered each other up, or picked them up by bowling a good ball,” Knab said. “We were definitely more positive and more successful with hitting our marks.”
The team contributed all around on the scoreboard which led the team to their victory over the Round Lake Panthers. Come out on December 16, to Brunswick Zone in Vernon Hills to support the girls bowling team in their next invitational.
