Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Fifteen minutes for a delicious treat.
To many, fudge is almost synonymous with things like homes or people like grandmas.
“I work at Something Sweet and we have it,” said sophomore Camille Flackus. “I’m addicted to it.”
However, some fudge recipes require immense amounts of work and time. This easy recipe fudge, is the solution for all your fudge troubles.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cups milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Grease 8×8-inch pan.
- In a medium saucepan, bring milk and sugar to a boil.
- Boil for about 2 ½ minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pan and allow to cool until set.
- Slice into 1-inch squares.
