According to EverydayHealth, teenagers need roughly 8-10 hours of sleep, and with the help of a nutritious breakfast, energy bites like this will power your mornings to get through the day. No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
⅓ cup Honey
½ cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Oats (old-fashioned raw)
6 tbsp Dark chocolate chip morsels
½ cup Golden flaxseed meal
1 tsp Vanilla extract
⅔ cup Coconut, toasted sweetened
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir till evenly coated. Roll mixture into balls and place in refrigerator or freezer until set.
