Parents Just Don't Understand: Winter Play

The winter play, Parents Just Don’t Understand, will be opening on Friday, February 23 at 7 p.m. Performances will continue this weekend through Sunday. Performance times are as follows: Friday at 7 p.m, Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m and Sunday at 2 p.m.

The play consists of ten skits about funny family situations and why parents ‘just don’t understand’ teenagers. The show is very family friendly, so feel free to bring kids along to watch.

“The show is about funny situations with your family, from long car rides to getting the talk,” senior Savannah Ray said.

The cast has been rehearsing the show nonstop since winter break and are very excited to be finally performing the show for anyone who comes to see it. Tickets for admission are seven dollars for adults and five dollars for students.

“This is my fourth year doing shows so I am not nervous but I still want it to go well,” Ray said. “But I do know it is a lot of peoples first shows so some people are a bit nervous about it.”
