Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 stick of butter
1 stick of margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
3 medium-sized bananas (very ripe)
½ a bag of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 teaspoon Banana extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 310 degrees Fahrenheit
Soften butter and margarine at room temperature and add to mixing bowl
Add sugar to bowl and mix well
Add two eggs to mixture while continuously stirring
Cut bananas in half and add to mixing bowl, combining well
Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt to bowl
Pour in vanilla extract and banana extract while mixing
Add flour and slowly mix together
Spray a loaf pan using Baker’s Joy
Add ½ in. of batter to pan
Add chocolate chips to mixing bowl, slowly combining together
Pour the rest of the batter into the pan
Sprinkle sugar onto the top layer of the batter
Bake for 75 minutes, or until top is brown and crusty
