Ingredients
Six tablespoons of butter, melted
Three cups of milk
Six eggs
Two and a fourth cups of flour
Seven tablespoons of sugar
Red food coloring
Orange food coloring
Yellow food coloring
Green food coloring
Blue food coloring
Purple food coloring
A tub of cool whip
Instructions
In a large bowl mix two and a fourth cups of flour and seven tablespoons of sugar together.
After mixing the flour and sugar add six eggs and whisk the eggs in.
Now gradually add the six tablespoons of melted butter and three cups of milk.
Now that the batter is done get six small bowls and put one cup of batter in each bowl.
Distribute red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple food coloring in each of the separate bowls.
With a non-stick pan and the stovetop on medium heat grab your first colored batter and put a third of it on the pan, repeat this until all batter is gone.
Now there should be three crepes for every color of the rainbow, let your crepes cool in the fridge for forty to sixty minutes.
After they have cooled start with a single purple crepe and put a thin layer of cool whip on it, repeat this step until crepes are gone.
Now that all the crepes are stacked take the rest of your cool whip and ice all around the cake.
This crepe cake needs to be refrigerated, you can top it off with fruit or any kind of syrup if you desire and enjoy its sweet and light taste.
