Located on Route 83, Lovin Oven Cakery has served the Antioch community for about two years. Students at Antioch Community High School claim the bakery guarantees customers quality desserts.

“I go to Lovin Oven a lot with my family because they have high quality donuts and I love the atmosphere,” sophomore Rex Eifert said.

Lovin Oven carries a variety of baked goods including bread, donuts, cakes and more.

“Dry pastries like our donuts and danishes are made every single day to insure freshness,” Lovin Oven Cakery manager Bianca Gallery said.

One of the most popular items are Snuggles, which are flaky pastries with cinnamon sugar, pecans, coconut crunch and a maple glaze on top. Another item is the Chocolate Tower, containing four different types of chocolate, including chocolate cake, chocolate french silk, chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache.

Lovin Oven helps the community by donating almost all of their leftovers, like dry pastries and bread to families in need. Lovin Oven also donates monthly to Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, who uses the donations on Sundays to help feed the homeless.

The Antioch Lovin Oven Cakery location is open Tuesday- Friday 6am- 7pm, Saturday 7am- 6am and Sunday 8am- 1pm.
