The timeless 70s rock band Fleetwood Mac took to the stage at BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee on Feb. 12, and without a doubt, put on an outstanding show that enchanted every audience member.
With over 30 years of performing under their belt, the energy and talent of each member in the band shone through and excelled, not failing to touch their audience through the music.
The night consisted of a handful stories in their music, Stevie Nicks standing on the Velvet Underground painted floor and chilling solos from Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood.
Original band member Christine McVie made her debut back to the band after battling cancer and ended the night with “Songbird,” a song which she originally wrote.
Other exceptional performances included a ten minute breakdown in “Gold Dust Woman,” which was filled with elaborate solos from Buckingham and Fleetwood and lovely vocals from Nicks. Tears were shed when Landslide was performed, in which Nicks gave out a special dedication to her father. The band even finished with two encores.
Fleetwood Mac has lived through it all. From broken romances within the band, to surviving the era of 20th century music. Fleetwood Mac is a band that is not soon to be forgotten.
