 “I chose to commit to CUW because the first time I was on campus it felt like home; getting that feeling made my decision super easy and almost as a no-brainer. With how welcoming the team and Coach Sam was I knew I had a family forming around me and an environment I wanted to be a part of. Being a little over an hour away from home allows me to grow and be my own person but also have the choice to come home when needed. Not only that, the field hockey program is perfect in fitting all of my goals and ambitions for myself and my career as a college athlete.”

“I chose Carthage because of its growing volleyball program and the coach. She is so amazing and has a lot of experience. Also, the location of the school is perfect for me; it’s right on the lake and not super far away from home. They [Carthage] also have what I was looking for academically, with smaller class sizes and the major I was looking for!”
