Disney To Release New Installments of Fan Favorite Films
Upcoming Disney movies will have any Disney fan jumping for joy.
Disney recently released news that will have any Disney fan, young or old, in fanatics. The exciting news had fans speculating for months, but is now finally been confirmed: the release of three new installments of some of Disney’s most beloved movies.
The first of the three films was a rumor for quite some time and will be the first of these new films to be released. Everyone’s favorite deep sea creature will be back in another hilarious comedy, “Finding Dory,” a sequel to “Finding Nemo,” set to hit theaters in June 2016. Dory once again will be voiced by comedian and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, promising plenty of laughs for this sequel.
The next film is the fifth installment in the fan favorite series, “Pirates of The Caribbean.” The filming of the movie was confirmed by actor Orlando Bloom and as of right now, the action-adventure flick “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” will be hitting in theaters in July 2017.
Perhaps the most unexpected of the three new films is “Toy Story 4.” Many fans believed it was finally the end after the release of “Toy Story 3,” but Disney shocked the world by announcing that a fourth installment will be hitting theaters in June 2017. There are many speculations over what the plot of “Toy Story 4” will be and if the beloved character Andy will return, after going off to college in “Toy Story 3.” Many fans are even worried that a fourth movie will ruin the whole series, but director John Lasseter thinks otherwise.
In a recent interview with The LA Times, Lasseter said, “A lot of people in the industry view us doing sequels as being for the business of it, but for us it’s pure passion. We only make sequels when we have a story that’s as good as or better than the original.”
Whether it is “Finding Dory,” “Pirates of the Caribeean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” or “Toy Story 4,” one thing is for sure: Disney will be satisfying fans of every age in the next years to come.
