Choir Caroling For Cash
The Antioch Community High School acapella choir group was awarded $1,000 from 102.3 XLC on Wednesday, January 10. Haynes Johns from the station hand delivered the check to the students during their class. The choir students recorded a Christmas song, Mary Did You Know, and sent the recording to 102.3 XLC for their Caroling for Cash competition in December. The students managed to come on top over other high schools in Lake County including Warren Township High School and Deerfield High School.
