Antioch Exhibit Kicks Off Car Show Season

Over 100 vintage and sports cars were displayed on Tuesday in the bimonthly car show.

Over 100 vintage and sports cars were displayed on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 in the bimonthly car exhibition at the Antioch Shopping Plaza parking lot near the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store in downtown Antioch.

Operations Manager, Ron Horton expects the exhibit to grow throughout the summer, as the weather gets nicer and the car show season kicks off.

The show is open to any vintage car owners and collectors and is held on the second and fourth Tuesday of May through August. It runs from 4 PM to 8 PM, weather permitting.

Children and pets are welcome. There are free raffles and the winning car receives a cash prize. The May 8th show stopper, a 1967 yellow Thunderbird, was selected by the 2017 Miss Antioch, Jessica Lamberty.
