The Sequoit defense remained strong in the following drives forcing a fumble and letting up zero first downs in the first quarter. Whilst the offense continued to march down the field. Senior Nick Day received his first touchdown of the game, to then get two more in the second and fourth quarter.
The Sequoits were relentless in the first half and finished the half up 26-0. The game plan was to keep the energy going and to not give the Bulldogs any hope of a comeback.
The second half started with the Sequoits on defense, and after letting up a long run, the Bulldogs scored their first points of the game. Though, these points did not go unanswered, as Day managed to get into the end zone after a long Antioch drive.
