Walking around Antioch Community High School during the day, you see couples all over the place. In the commons, hallways, library and cafeteria, their smiling faces are glowing with love and adoration for each other. There is one question however that has sprung into the minds of the students here at ACHS: Who is our school’s cutest couple?

Via Facebook, the Tom Tom hosted a ‘Cutest Couple Contest’, and the results are in! ACHS’s official ‘Cutest Couple’ is sophomore Dante Schiavo and junior Katie Torres! Schiavo and Torres blew the other contestants out of the water with an incredible 91 ‘likes’!

Schiavo and Torres have been dating for one week (since Valentine’s Day), and have know each other for roughly four months. “She kept poking me on Facebook and then our friend Raina hooked us up. She was like cupid,” said Schiavo. This couple enjoys cuddling, watching “That 70’s Show” and eating together.

Torres says that her favorite thing about their relationship is how easy-going and laid back it is. A few of the couple’s favorite things about each other are: taste in music, hobbies and sense of humor.

Although the couple hasn’t been together long, they bring each other a lot of joy. The couple knows that the key to a long relationship is humor and to have fun with each other.

Senior Wesley Skym received over 100 likes in the cutest couple contest on his picture, which featured him and a can of Sour Cream & Onion Pringles.
