Sophomore Camille Flackus and junior Patrick Day share their own ideas on how to follow through with one or all 117 of these resolutions.
“I think the best way to follow through with a resolution is to let your friends know what it is and have them help you,” Flackus said. “If your resolution is to eat healthier and you go for chips at lunch, maybe your friend will stop you and suggest an apple instead.”
Day believes that it’s better to fly solo when working on self improvement. “I think you should write it down and place it somewhere that you should see everyday so it is a constant reminder,” Day said.
Both ideas are a great way to follow through on any of these resolutions. For even more creative resolutions, check out this website.
