If you want to guarantee a unique costume, a character from any musical is the perfect way to go. In my opinion, the Wizard of Oz has many cute options for costume inspiration. It also works perfectly for group costumes. Bonus points if you have a small black dog!
- Smurf/Smurfette
If makeup is your specialty, being a cute Smurfette with blue makeup or face paint is sure to leave people speechless. There are many ways you can create this costume. A blue mini dress or a blue corset would be perfect. If you are looking for a quick costume, any all-blue outfit would be perfect. Accessories could include a red hat or white boots.
